31 DecResolutions – 2021

Wow! I have not posted since my resolutions last year. Crazy. I had to laugh because at the end of the post, I talked about how 2020 was going to be epic, and boy was it?!

So, I love to come up with a resolutions list. Some years I do really elaborate ones and some years, I pick a few things. I always like to take a look back at what I accomplished from the year before, so I will start with that…

Mind

1) enroll in life coach school Not only did I enroll in life coach school, I enrolled in a health coach school as well, and I finished both courses!
2) develop and market the yet to be named perfect planner – no, we started this, but it hasn’t really gone anywhere

Body

3) meal plan every week – meh. I do do this for the most part.
4) add more stretching to my workout routine e.g. yoga, PiYo etc. – nope… I decided I hate yoga and I don’t have to do it if I don’t want to.

Fun

5) knit 12 projects … yeah, no. I worked on a couple…
6) ride my bike (!!) – I did actually go on a couple rides
7) go to the golf lessons and golf some rounds with friends – COVID took this out for me.
8) schedule, and take, 4 actual vacations — see, COVID situation above
9) paint once a week – what’s funny about this is that I took the easel out and it sat in my kitchen from March though December without my having painted even one thing. Oops.
10) go skydiving – nope

Home

11) get the garage shelves installed (!!!! – I just realized I bought them over 4 years ago) CAN YOU BELEIVE THAT I DID THIS?!
12) clean out the basement closet and the garage AND THIS!!

Having actually knocked the home things off the list is pretty huge! Those garage shelve things sat on the floor for FIVE YEARS.

From what I understand, 2021 will be a year or regrowth. I intend to take advantage of that.

Mind

1) continue building the life coaching gig

Body

2) figure out what is happening with my health and correct it

Fun

3) do whatever workout program seems fun!
4) use the new spin bike that should be arriving soon….

Home

5) start and complete the declutter/A Year to Clear challenge.

Five things seems pretty lame to be honest, but I am tired y’all. I am looking forward to figuring things out and doing what seems right.

Happy New Year! 2020 is almost over. 🙂
