I think after 4 years and a few frog and re-dos, I think I am going to forever frog and stash the yarn for the off-to-class guernsey pull over. It just isn’t coming out correctly.

I’ve been knitting up a storm this year! I finished another red scarf and am almost done with the off-to-class gurnsey!

the knitted goddess is coming along nicely. her body is done and her arms are started. I am a little worried about the embellishments aspect as that’s not so much my thing.
my mom came over yesterday and helped us with Grae’s new sewing machine! it was kind of fun to sew a little. I made a tiny sachet of lavender to fit inside the goddess and we bought her a simple apron pattern made of “fat quarters.” a whole new language to learn. I’m hoping to get some use out of the machine too.
it’s been a nice relaxing long weekend so far.

I’ve been so busy this week! It’s crazy. I started two projects this week, well, started one and picked up an ancient WIP – 1) 2nd red scarf and 2) the purple off-to-class….sweater. Very exciting.
I signed up to do the Goddess doll swap and that has to be done this weekend!
