Yesterday was such a day! I had a filing deadline to meet but my co-counsel was still working on her part. To complicate matters further, I had court and a deposition in the middle of it all. Court went fine. The deposition was going fine until the power went out in the middle of it! I couldn’t believe it…I had to go to a friend’s office to work on the papers.
I was able to get everything finished at the end of the day, but it was incredibly stressful.
I cannot believe it’s May already. I have been really busy lately!
March: I got to go to Disneyland for Spring Break for the first time in my life…that was so exciting.
April: I began Spanish lessons again with my friend, I learned to crochet, and business picked up to the point that I am swamped at work.
Life is good.

I’ve decided two things: 1) I did not have nearly enough fun in college or law school; and 2) my children are not going to college
I’m thinking about buying a Kindle… It’s no secret I love books.
