Got my third mother bear done this weekend. His clothes are pretty funny since he was a stash buster, but he has been Toddler Approved by Luke who insisted on sleeping with him his first night as a real bear.

13 MarYarn Diet
Well, now is the time I must publicly declare that I am going to go on a yarn diet and refrain from buying any new yarn for any reason for (hopefully) the rest of the year (except of course during the 2013 LYS)! I have so much stash it is ridiculous and I really have no reason or need for new yarn or new projects.

I finished a cute little crocheted basket today. This will be a gift, but I think there’s enough “yarn” left to make a second basket.
I love the yarn! It is left over t-shirt sal age. What an great idea! I wish I could think of stuff like this.

I did it again and spent too much money at my LYS! It’s not like I need any more projects, but I am a sucker for kits and the new shawl kit was too hard to resist.
And of course I had to have the basket made from t-shirt scraps….
So much for cold-sheeping this year!

Yeah, yeah…haven’t been the greatest about keeping current here. But, in my defense, I’ve been super busy creating super cute hats:
One in pinks for a little girl and one in blue for Luke who insisted the pink one was for him and wouldn’t let it go until I promised him one! So cute. 🙂
