Somehow 2021 went by really quickly! To be honest, I am not even sure I looked at this list since I wrote it. But, this is the fun of these lists when you approach them from an envisioning point of view – see it and then see what happens.
So, let’s see…. 2021 was pretty simple, and in retrospect, that was good.
Mind
1) continue building the life coaching gig I did do this, sort of.
Body
2) figure out what is happening with my health and correct it I still don’t really know. It’s probably not autoimmune, it could be perimenopause. I don’t know. I am still figuring things out.
Fun
3) do whatever workout program seems fun! – I struggled with programs this year, mainly because my body wasn’t cooperating
4) use the new spin bike that should be arriving soon…. I did this!
Home
5) start and complete the declutter/A Year to Clear challenge. – no, but this is year 8 and I can do it
Whew! I totally forgot that I only did 5 items. But, I did most of it.
So, what is on the table for 2022? I feel like this is a year that will continue, not only with growth, but also introspection. Honestly, I do not even know what I want to do this coming year and that is exactly why this is so important.
2021 was exhausting. I am so ready for healing and energy. All my goals are going to focus on that concept.
Here’s to a FABULOUS 2022!!
Mind
1) read 1 book from my currently reading list per week and knock them off the list (as of this writing, there are 54 on there, so this should work perfectly! LOL)
2) prepare excellent content for life coaching website
Body
3) learn to slow down
4) conquer the dance workouts
Fun
5) take one long weekend per month
6) go on 2 trips away from home
7) paint and knit when I feel like it
Home
8) complete the Feng Shui course/coaching program
9) recarpet and paint the basement
10) paint the exterior of the house
This should be enough for 2022! I am sad to say it, but I am not confident that things will be back to “normal” this year and I need to maintain my energy. It’s been rough y’all. But, we got this.
