Yesterday was day one of the yarn crawl and I must say we crawled! I had so much fun with my friend Jennifer traveling around the north end of the tour. We started at Beach Basket Yarns in Birch Bay and found a nice surprise tucked in near the coast. Next, we were on to Bellingham where we stopped in at NW Handspun Yarns and Apple Yarns. I found a new spindle at the first and gorgeous colors at the second. Then we headed on down to Stanwood at stopped at Pinchknitter where I picked up all the hemp yarn for a trendy new sweater (!!). Finally, we trucked on home to our local stomping grounds and went to Knot Just Yarn in Burlington and, my favorite, Wildfibers .
Such yummy things to see and touch. Glad I saved up for this!
