Every parent’s dream is that their children have the opportunities they did not, right? Well then mine is coming true! The last two days, Pat and I have been at University of Washington with our oldest for orientation. It looks like it will be a ton of fun! Living in the dorms, hanging out with other students, maybe study abroad for a quarter or so…. I wish I could have done all that.
The bad news is that I got really sick. I was sick all day yesterday during the parent sessions and it got worse as the day went on. I really don’t have time to be sick.
